Deals have involved recruitment businesses in the UK, USA, Japan and the EU and have spanned sectors ranging from industrial, driving and engineering to healthcare, education, IT and finance. Optima advise acquisitive companies on strategies and identifying targets as well as assisting owners to sell and realise the value of their efforts.
