We want you to have the opportunity to learn best practice in a highly supportive group format with up to 10 other business owners who are facing similar challenges. The group scrums’ allow you to take time out from the day to day activities in the business to focus on your business.

Our 7 Ways To Grow Your Business Scrum Sessions will:

You’ll attend one 2 hour scrum session per month for 4 months (4 sessions total). 2 different start dates are available to choose from. These will delve deeper into how to grow your business.

Scrum 1:

Generating Leads & Increasing Conversions

Learn how to tailor your marketing to the right people in order to attract more customers. In this session, you’ll work with our marketing specialist – Ashlee Bloom to better identify your target audience, pick the right promotional methods and discover how to create a sales funnel. We will work with you to create a system that will help you identify sales leads in your business and with the right focus and effort, how to turn them into loyal customers.

Scrum 2:

The Power of One

In this session, Lee Manning – Partner at Raffingers will show you how The Power of One can be used to reveal the effect that reducing your overheads or variable costs could have on your profits or cashflow. Discover the proven tactics you can implement to get your customers to do business with you more often and explore the ways in which you can encourage customers to spend more money each time they buy.

Scrum 3:

Cashflow Management

Cashflow planning is best practice in any business and critical to survival and growth.  Setting cashflow targets and regularly monitoring your actual cashflow against your forecast will enable you to predict large cash outflows and respond to changes in your business. Inadequate cashflow is a symptom of management problems in a business, NOT the cause.  In this month’s scrum, Mehul Thaker – Associate Partner at Raffingers will help to identify the likely causes of cashflow problems in your business and teach you how to look ahead with confidence and put in place a cashflow maximisation strategy.

Scrum 4:

Improve customer loyalty and retention

Find out what they want, go get it, and give it to them! In the final scrum session, Ashlee Bloom – Marketing Manager at Raffingers is joined by John Maffioli – Founder of CLIC.co.uk to guide you through the ways in which you can gain lifetime loyalty from your customers and look at tactics you can implement to improve customer retention within your business. Generating new customers for your business is a lot more expensive than nurturing your existing ones, in this session we’ll take a deep dive into your existing customer experience strategies and identify the tactics we can use to improve your customer relationships.
