Guidance For Our Clients | Coronavirus

This past few weeks our world has faced an unprecedented challenge and a unique change. Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do everything in our power to ensure the safety of our staff, friends, families and clients.

On behalf of Raffingers, I want to send this personal note to let you know how we are responding to the situation.

We have been listening to the appropriate sources for accurate and up-to-date information, and our preparedness plan reflects those inputs. As things evolve, we are actively monitoring the situation and assessing risks, and we are ready to implement immediate changes to ensure the highest level of safety.

Here is a quick action plan to help focus your thoughts:

  1. Your main purpose is to protect the health of yourself, employees and customers and then reduce the risk of the financial impact to your business. So you need to take action now.
  2. Please use this Business Checklist we have produced to help support you.
  3. Yesterday the Chancellor announced additional support to protect businesses. You can find out more here
  4. Talk to us – we are all in this together.

As you can imagine, the situation is incredibly fluid therefore as soon as we have more details we will be publishing them on our website and emailing them to our databases. Above all, we are always on hand to help and advice where possible and can be contacted in the normal ways, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

Please take great care of yourselves and each other.
