Welcome to March’s issue of Raffingers’ Charity and Not-for-Profit bulletin. Charities Commission recently started a six-week consultation to focus on making amendments to the Charities SORP. Some of the changes, such as letting out investment property to another entity in the group, are up for discussion. It is said that these changes may not necessarily affect big charities so it may be beneficial to smaller charities to seek advice.
